If you've had a tough week of tastings, meetings and trips out to the Wines of the Beautiful South then spare a thought for Craggy Range's Warren Adamson who is currently in to day seven of a nine day bike ride between Land's End and John O'Groats.

At then of yesterday he had managed to complete 628 miles of the trip, but still has got well over 200 miles to go, so he needs all the support he can get. What's more he is putting his body on the line all in a bid to raise lots of money for the drinks charity, The Benevolent.

So what better way than to give Warren a virtual pat on his back than donating some money to his biking challenge so that he can raise even more money by the time he finishes the race sometime on Sunday afternoon.

Oh, and if you still need persuading then think of him every evening not relaxing in to some crispy white sheets of a boutique B&B off the A1, but tucking himself into his sleeping bag in one of the tented villages that been set up for all the riders taking part in the challenge.

Warren left Lands Eye last Saturday and will have had stops at Okehampton, Bath, Ludlow, Haydock Park, Penrith, Hamilton (Glasgow), Forth William, Kyle of Sutherland before he finally stops in John O'Groats on Sunday. We assume he is not free-wheeling all the way back again!

Through his biking efforts Warren has already tipped his £3,000 target, but hopes to raise even more. To help give him a much earned boost you can donate money at the following link http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/fundraiser-web/fundraiser/showFundraiserProfilePage.action?userUrl=kiwiwazza

You can also follow his efforts along with hundreds others all taking part in the Ride Across Britain challenge.
